Our brief in this instance was (by the developer) to survey, design, and carry out a complete interior fit-out, to convert a disused transport warehouse into modern offices incorporating a training suite.

The existing building was in a poor condition, and had been disused for many years;

The same area afterwards;

The project involved 1440m² in total;

And also included a training suite for live training of central heating engineers;

After the roof was replaced, and the building over-clad, the interior was completely stripped out and a total fit-out was undertaken.

We worked in partnership with the tenants own IT specialist, and also installed a comprehensive VRV air-conditioning system throughout. All new toilet, kitchen, power, lighting with sensors, and insulation, combined to reduce running costs.

The project was completed on time, and on budget.
