What is it we  provide?

We define our 'product' as:- "Commercial property fitting out and refurbishment' By which we mean:- project design, space planning and management  of the works, with implementation of the construction and fitting out works  utilising our own workforce or sub-contractors.

The complexities of project management today with CDM  obligations and the current management vogue for 'Outsourcing' provide us with  the opportunity to build relationships with medium sized businesses that do not  wish to employ their own 'Facilities' department for their property fitting out  requirements.

Our site surveying and AutoCAD drawing service enables us to provide our  clients with space planning which is a major attraction to our clients and is  offered free of charge to clients placing orders with us.

All our work is fully supervised, and carried out  within agreed programmes.

How do we add value?

Businesses derive their revenue by means of 'Adding Value' to the raw materials which they process to sell as their finished product. In our case the 'Raw Materials' are the partitions, ceilings, decorations, sub-contracted works and the 'Added Value' is identified as the design and space planning along with the project management.

In the light of our aim to provide this project management service the products that we provide need to include all the main functions of the Commercial Environment.

Several of these we can best provide from our own expertise and resources such as Partitions, Furniture, Carpets etc.

However for several other functions such as Electrical, Air conditioning, Data Cabling we can best assist you, our clients by forming partnerships with reliable Specialist Contractors, with a Supervisory project management role being undertaken by our own suitably experienced or professional staff.
